'ExploringCultureWorld started with one dream: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Rome. Established by the Moretti family in 1985, our pizza shop began as a humble, family-operated business with recipes that have been passed down for generations.
Gina Moretti, the founder, mastered the pizza craft during her explorations across Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the pizza's homeland. Once back in the UK, her mission was to replicate the essence of genuine Italian pizza, sticking to traditional techniques and top-notch materials.
Our journey from a quaint 12-seat pizza spot to a cherished community landmark has been remarkable, yet our dedication to excellence and authenticity remains intact. We follow the same wood-fired oven traditions, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and choose the best products available.
Now under the guidance of the Moretti's second generation, 'ExploringCultureWorld' is still within the family's hands, with a devoted team following their lead. We've adopted some contemporary innovations, but at our core, we're about delivering exquisite, authentic pizzas that unite folks.
